BioCell Collagen® is a patented pre-digested cartilage complex containing natural, hydrolyzed collagen that supports healthy skin and joints along with other naturally-occurring nutrients that relieve arthritic joint pain. This hydrolysed Type II collagen is source from chicken sternum absorbs well and is clinically proven to provide relief from arthritic joint pain. Type II Collagen is the principal structural protein in skin and cartilage. But not all Type II Collagen is the same. Some collagen supplements are denatured or “hydrolyzed” by the use of chemicals or high temperature processing, making them less effective.

During a 12-week study, women who took 1000 mg of BioCell Collagen® daily said their skin was up to 76% less dry (more hydrated), and their fine lines and wrinkles had reduced by up to 13.2% when compared to baseline levels. Additionally both collagen levels and blood circulation were improved. The outcome of this study was published in Clinical Interventions in Aging.
